Tim from Toyota RH was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! We called day of for an oil change, new tires and an alignment. It was a busy day and he squeezed us in. He set expectations up front for costs which was reasonable. Tim was very personable and made us feel like not just another customer. He even personally brought my car through the service car wash minutes before they closed for the day. I will regularly request to work with him from now and would recommend him to anyone.
