I work with Michael as my service advisor. He is friendly, communicative and knows his stuff. I look forward to working with him each time I need service. He also drives a Highlander so it's always fun to talk all things Hilander. He is always honest and to the point. It's a breath of fresh air as a woman to walk into the service department and not be spoken down to or like I don't know what I'm talking to. Thank you Michael for all you do!
